Situation

The Forensic Analysis Report does not show any iSeries events when iSeries event collection is configured.

Error: 'Log Manager Could Not Parse the Incoming Events logs'

Resolution



PTF 1C003007 resolves the issue where Security Manager displays the error 'Log Manager Could Not Parse the Incoming Events logs.'  You can download the PTF from the 8.0 tab at the following location:

Cause

The incoming iSeries event contained more than 5 special characters such as #, and &.
