To filter a user out of the FTP Logon and Server Requests report, when creating a filter:

  1. Locate the PSUSER field.
  2. Set the Operator Value to <>. 
  3. In the Value field, type the user profile you wish to exclude. 

Do not use field names JOUSER or JOUSPF. These fields filter out some FTP transactions, but not all. For example, these fields do not filter out FTPINIT and FTPLOGON.
