How does Active Directory Users and Computers (ADU&C) display disabled user accounts and expired user accounts?
How does Microsoft Windows display disabled user accounts and expired user accounts?
When DRA displays expired user accounts in the DRA Account and Resource Management console, why doesn't DRA display the disabled icon (a red circle with an x character) over the user icon for the expired user account?fact

cause
Microsoft Windows ADU&C displays expired user accounts and disabled user accounts differently.
- If you disable a user account using ADU&C, the ADU&C interface displays the disabled icon (a red circle with an x character) over the user icon to indicate that the account is disabled.
- If you set an account for expiration in ADU&C, after the account expires, ADU&C does not display the disabled icon over the user icon to indicate that the user account is disabled.
The DRA Account and Resource Management console behavior when displaying expired and disabled user accounts is consistent with how Microsoft Windows ADU&C displays expired and disabled user accounts.
- If you disable a user account using the DRA Account and Resource Management console, the console displays the the disabled icon (a red circle with an x character) over the user icon to indicate that the account is disabled.
- If you set an account for expiration using the DRA Account and Resource Management console, after the account expires, the console does not display the disabled icon over the user icon to indicate that the account is disabled.
