When attempting to enable email for a user account in the Web console, an error occurs. DRA Admins and Assistant Admins do not receive an error in the Delegation and Configuration console when connecting to the same DRA server.
cause
This is caused by permissions not being set appropriately at the Organization level of Exchange.
fix
This error occurs in the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Web Console when permissions are not properly set for the Service Account on the Exchange Organization. Delegate Exchange Full Administrator permissions at the Organization level to resolve this issue.
