Auditing fails.
cause
Security Manager looks for the default All Users profile directory in C:\Documents and Settings\
, but the profile is actually located in a directory other than the default location.
fix
To change where Security Manager looks for the All Users profile:
- In the Development Console, expand Advanced > Providers.
- Double-click Security Manager Audit Log.
- Select the Directories tab.
- Double-click the current data to edit.
- Change the directory to:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\NetIQ\DASLogs
- Click OK until all configuration windows are closed.
- Restart the NetIQ Security Manager service on the central computer.
