cause
Domain Migration Administrator has identified inconsistencies between the DMA Report names from the DMA Console and the Query names in the projectname.mdb or the protar.mdb databases. The queries were modified or changes were made to the databases incorrectly.

fix
Rename the query in the databases using the same name as the report.
