Unable to unlock user accounts using a DRA 7.5 console.

symptom
Error: "The parameter 'In.UserPassword' was empty or missing from the varset."

cause
This is a known issue when connecting to a DRA 7.0 server with a DRA 7.5 console.  

fix
To resolve this issue, upgrade the server to DRA 7.5, or use a DRA 7.0 console to unlock the account.
