Error: 'Failed to save AutoSync settings: Core Services Error: 100 Failed to save the updated options.' in the AutoSync Wizard.

Updating the AutoSync settings doesn't work.

cause
The account specified for the NetIQ Core Services service no longer has Read and Write access to the file that stores the AutoSync settings.

fix

To resolve this issue, grant Read and Write access for the account specified on the NetIQ Core Services service to the mk.options file located on the Core Services computer.

By default, the mk.options file is located at C:\Program Files\NetIQ\Vulnerability Manager\Core Services\mk.options.
