Situation
When attempting to discover the WMI component, the logs for the WMI component will be not discovered.
When attempting to discover the WMI component, the logs for the WMI component is not discovered, but the log folder will appear.
Cannot discover the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) logs.
Discovery_WMI Knowledge Script fails on machines running XEON processors.

Resolution
The WMI module in AppManager 6.0.2 is supported only on 32-bit Windows and on 64-bit Windows running on Itanium platforms. The module is not supported on Windows Server 2003 64-Bit for XEON-based systems.
Support for 64-Bit XEON- based systems is now available with the release of NetIQ AppManager 6.0.3 Service Pack for 64-Bit Support.

Cause
NetIQ Technical Support has determined that AppManager 6.0.2 has a problem with discovering logs for the WMI component on XEON-based systems.
