Yes.  Secure Password Administrator (SPA) offers individuals with multiple user accounts the ability to synchronize a single password across these accounts.

Accounts can reside in Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows 2003 domains or across multiple domains.  This capability lets you effectively and efficiently manage account passwords as your organization migrates from Windows NT to Active Directory. Using this feature, you no longer need to log on with each set of credentials to update passwords.
