cause
The user account specified on the Identity tab of the GPR Server COM+ object does not have the correct NTFS permissions to the C:\Program Files\NetIQ\Group Policy Administrator 4.6\Bin folder.

fix

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:

• Grant the "Everyone" group Read and Execute permissions to the C:\Program Files\NetIQ\Group Policy Administrator 4.6\Bin folder.
• Specifically grant the account specified on the Identity tab of the GPR Server COM+ object Read and Execute permissions to the C:\Program Files\NetIQ\Group Policy Administrator 4.6\Bin folder.
