Error: 'A Crystal Reports job failed because a free license could not be obtained in the time allocated. More licenses can be purchased direct from Crystal Decisions or through the Crystal Decisions online store.'

Cannot get a license for Crystal Reports.

fix

To resolve the issue, either:

• Reinstall the Vulnerability Manager user interface.
• Run the ReportViewerSetup.msi in the program directory under the \NVM55Setup\Intel\Deployment\ReportViewerSetup folder to install only the Crystal Reports components.
