cause
A corrupted installation of the Exchange System Manager or use of an incorrect version may cause this problem.

fix

To correct this problem:

  1. If you are using an older version of the Exchange System Manager, upgrade to the most current version.
  2. Reinstall the Exchange System Manager on the Directory and Resource Administrator server.
