Are the Startpoint_SQL Knowledge Scripts supported on Call Manager?

Resolution

NetIQ Technical Support strongly recommends you do not use the Startpoint_SQL knowledge scripts for monitoring the SQL Server databases on Call Manager.

The AppManager 6.x Cisco agent was certified with the initial AppManager 6.x knowledge scripts. The Startpoint module was not released until afterwards, so the knowledge scripts have not been verified on Call Manager.

NetIQ Corporation does not anticipate any impact from running the Startpoint_NT Knowledge Scripts on Call Manager. However, these scripts are scheduled to run at a higher frequency than the standard NT Knowledge scripts. Monitoring of SQL Server resources should be done using the SQL Server scripts included with the Cisco Call Manager module.
