Group Policy Administrator (GPA) hotfixes are delivered as .exe files and not as .msi files, so it is not possible to silently deploy GPA hotfixes.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include the ability to silently deploy GPA hotfixes in a future version of Group Policy Administrator.
