AMAdmin_UpgradeJobs reports an error when I click Job Selection Specification or Display Query. (NETIQKB49644)

NetIQ AppManager 7.0.x

Situation

AMAdmin_UpgradeJobs reports a popup error when I click Job Selection Specification or Display Query.

ReportAM scripts give error when I click on elipse buttons to make selections of computers or jobs.

Error: Class not registered.

Resolution

Copy the c:\program files\common files\System\MSADC folder from a working Operator Console machine to the problem machine.

Cause

The c:\program files\common files\System\MSADC folder is missing from the Operator Console machine.
