When upgrading a license, DRA does not display inactive account or grace licenses in the License Information window.

DRA does not display inactive account or grace licenses on the License tab in the DRA Properties window.

cause

When you install a new license or upgrade an existing license that includes inactive account or grace licenses, DRA does not display the inactive account or grace licenses in the License Information window. DRA also does not display inactive account or grace licenses on the License tab in the DRA Properties Window.

fix

You currently cannot view inactive account or grace license information in DRA. However, DRA recognizes these licenses and these licenses count towards the total number of user accounts managed by DRA.
