Situation

The Collected Entries report PSRRMCRPT displays entries for only one server.

Error: CPF5035 19 -- An unexpected null field was found for file.

Resolution

To enable the PSRRMCRPT report to display entries for more than one server, perform the following steps.

  1. On a command line, type CALL QCMD, press Enter, and then F11.
  2. Type ADDLIBLE PSCOMMON *LAST and press Enter.
  3. Highlight the following command and press Ctrl + C:

    ADDLIBLE PSCOMMON *LAST PSRUNSQL 'UPDATE PSCOMMON/NW0007F SET N07TS = ''0001-01-01-00.00.00.000000'' WHERE N07TS IS NULL'

  4. Place your cursor in the AS/400 extended command line, and then press Alt.
  5. Press E.
  6. Press P.
  7. Press Enter.


Cause

The Collected Entries report may display entries for only one server if a collected entry is corrupt and has no date.
