I get an exception error when I try to view a user's Exchange Delivery Options.

Sometimes I can view Exchange Delivery Options for a user, but at other times DRA gives me an error.

Assistant Admins (AAs) get an exception error when they try to look at the Exchange Delivery Options for a user account. The problem is not limited to a particular user account, and different AAs receive the same error, including DRA Admins.  The error occurs randomly, and you can sometimes open and view these properties successfully.

Server logs (MCSAdminSvc.nq1) show errors for two Exchange properties:

• Failed to fetch the property delivContLength.  Error: hr = 8000500D
• Failed to fetch the property submissionContLength. Error: hr = 8000500D

cause
Several Hotfixes for DRA 7.0 SP1 have a dependency on DRA Hotfix 41190.

fix
NetIQ has confirmed that this is a problem in Directory and Resource Administrator 7.0 SP1. Two Hotfixes (41190 and 46026) have been made available to resolve this problem; however, they have not been regression-tested in all environments. Please contact NetIQ Technical Support and refer to this article when requesting the Hotfixes.
