Resolution

To make a new Knowledge Script Category tab:

  1. In the Operator Console, select a Knowledge Script to copy.
  2. Click Knowledge Script > Copy Knowledge Script...
  3. In the section labeled Type new Knowledge Script name:, change the prefix of the Knowledge Script, which is the part of the name before the first underscore, to the name that you want on the new Knowledge Script Category tab.
  4. Enter a description.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Verify that the new Knowledge Script Catagory tab was successfully created within the Operator Console, and that it contains your copied Knowledge Script.
  7. Use the Developer's Console or the command line utility KSCHECKIN to check-in Knowledge Scripts to your new Knowledge Scripts tab.
