By default, you can only see your own reports in the Pending, Completed and Scheduled job queues. To see other reports:

1. In Vulnerability Manager, expand Job Queues.
2. Right-click Pending> Options to display the Job and Alert Options window.
3. Click Pending. 
4. In Console User, select a specific username to view that user's reports or select All to see reports for all users.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the Completed and Scheduled queues.
