Error when logging on: 'com.pentasafe.core.vdal.VDalException: com.jnetdirect.jsql.x: String or binary data would be truncated.DBLOGIN'
cause
This error occurs when logging on to NetIQ Vulnerability Manager if you enter a user name longer than 15 characters. While NetIQ Vulnerability Manager does not allow you to create user names longer than 15 characters, the user name field of the logon dialog box allows you to type a longer name. This problem will be fixed in the next release.
fix
The user name is not correct. Enter the correct user name in the user name field of the logon dialog box.
