Resolution



If NW0007Q is damaged, you must delete the DATAQ and recreate it by performing the following steps:

  1. From the Remote Request Management menu, type 30 (Manage RRM) and press Enter.
  2. Type 5 (Start/Stop RRM Collection Monitor) and press Enter.
  3. If the Collection Monitor is active, press Enter to stop the Collection Monitor.
  4. On a command line, type DLTDTAQ DTAQ(PSCOMMON/NW0007Q) and press Enter.
  5. Type CRTDTAQ DTAQ(PSCOMMON/NW0007Q) MAXLEN(85) TEXT('(c) 1995-2003 NetIQ Corp., all rights reserved.') AUT(PSCOMMON) and press Enter.
  6. Type CHGOBJOWN OBJ(PSCOMMON/NW0007Q) OBJTYPE(*DTAQ) NEWOWN(PSOBJOWN) and press Enter.
  7. Type ADDLIBLE PSCOMMON and press Enter.
  8. Type CALL NW0099E and press Enter.
  9. Type CALL NW0089C and press Enter.
  10. From the Remote Request Management menu, type 30 (Manage RRM) and press Enter.
  11. Type 5 (Start/Stop RRM Collection Monitor) and press Enter.
  12. If the Collection Monitor is inactive, press Enter to start the Collection Monitor.
