The Commands Allowed For Limited Users report is empty when run from Vulnerability Manager or VigilEnt Security Manager.
cause
Either the default filter has been altered causing the report to eliminate information, or the PSAudit System Auditing and Reporting database load has not been run.

The Commands Allowed For Limited Users report is empty when run from Vulnerability Manager or VigilEnt Security Manager.
cause
Either the default filter has been altered causing the report to eliminate information, or the PSAudit System Auditing and Reporting database load has not been run.
fix
For the Commands Allowed For Limited Users report to return data, you must run the database load and use the default report filters.
To verify the database load was run and the filters are correct:
- From the NetIQ Product Access Menu, type

(PSAudit) and press Enter. - Type

(System Auditing and Reporting) and press Enter. - Type
2
(Object Reports Menu) and press Enter. - Type
20
(More Object Authority Reports) and press Enter. - Type
7
(Commands Allowed for Limited Users) and press Enter. - Ensure the Last Database Load value is not

, run the database load. Schedule the database load to run at least once a week. If possible, run the database load daily to ensure current data is stored. - Press
F9
(Filter). - Type

(Update) next to the entry for the DEFAULT filter and press Enter. - Ensure there are no entries in the following columns:
- Field Name
- Operator Value
- Value
- Press
F3
(Exit) until you return to the NetIQ Product Access Menu.
