To add a new managed domain in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) using the Delegation and Configuration (D&C) console:

  1. Launch the D&C console from the Primary DRA server logged on as the DRA Service Account or an account with at least DRA Admin permissions.
  2. Expand the Configuration Management node.
  3. Right-click Managed Domains> New Managed Domain.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter the name of the domain you want to manage.
  6. Specify either the DRA Service Account or an Override Account that you will use to manage the domain.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click Finish.
