Directory and Resource Administrations does not support managing SMTP addresses in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) using the CLI at this time.  Currently, the only way to manage SMTP addresses is through the Delegation and Configuration, Account and Resource Management and Web consoles.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
