Resolution
DRA does not currently have a CLI command that permanently deletes objects from the Recycle Bin.
If the Recycle Bin feature is enabled for the domain, when you run a CLI command to delete an object, DRA places the object into the Recycle Bin container.
If the Recycle Bin feature is not enabled for the domain, when you run a CLI command to delete an object, the CLI will permanently delete the object.
