Error:  RRMGlobals::getIndex(char,int)(117)] Unable to get index: 6 mode: S Object name  is not valid. SQL statement empty or blank.

cause
VigilEnt Security Agent for iSeries version 7.5 and NetIQ Security Solutions for iSeries version 8.0 do not support the installed version of ShowCase.

fix

Remote Request Management (RRM) supports up to version 3.5 of ShowCase. NetIQ Security Solutions for iSeries version 8.0 discontinued support for ShowCase exit point SC_QUERY_ROW_SEC. If you upgraded the ShowCase product to a version later than version 3.5, you must remove the NetIQ Security Solutions for iSeries exit program from the SC_QUERY_ROW_SEC exit point. 

To remove the NetIQ Security Solutions for iSeries exit program from the ShowCase Exit point:

1. From the Product Access Menu, type 2 (PSSecure) and press Enter.
2. Type 3 (Remote Request Management) and press Enter.
3. Type 8 (Work with Exit Points) and press Enter.
4. Page down until you see exit point SC_QUERY_ROW_SEC.
5. Type 4 (Rmv Exit) in the Opt field to the left of exit point SC_QUERY_ROW_SEC and press Enter.
6. From the Remote Request Management menu, press F10.
7. Run the following commands to set RRM indexes and triggers. You can run these commands at any time without disruption to users or processes.
1. Type ADDLIBLE PSCOMMON and press Enter.
2. Type CALL PSCOMMON/NW0099E and press Enter.
3. Type CALL PSCOMMON/NW0089C and press Enter.
