cause
The account specified for the reporting console does not have permission to read the registry. The account requires permission tp perform the following steps:

Grant the reporting account permission to read the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FullArmor\FAZAM GP Auditing\Connections registry key. To grant permission, either:

"The GPG reporting web application is not compatible with the GPG server version, or there was an error while checking compatibility. Reporting cannot continue. Contact your system administrator."

cause
The account specified for the reporting console does not have permission to read the registry. The account requires permission tp perform the following steps:
- Check the connection string in the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FullArmor\FAZAM GP Auditing\Connections.
- Read the version of the client from the registry.
- Read the version of the server from the repository to compare against the version of the client from the registry.
fix
Grant the reporting account permission to read the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FullArmor\FAZAM GP Auditing\Connections registry key. To grant permission, either:
- Make the reporting user a member of the Power Users group on the IIS machine. OR
- Manually set the registry permissions and give the reporting account access to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FullArmor\FAZAM GP Auditing.
You will need to stop and restart the IIS service on the IIS machine for the changes to take effect.
