When creating an event processing rule in the Development Console, some options are missing.

Cannot see some responses when clicking Add in the Responses tab.

cause
The Generate Alert option is not selected for your rule.

fix
To make the missing options available, select Generate Alert in the Alert tab for the affected rule.
