AMadmin_AgentInstall Knowledge Script fails. (NETIQKB48132)

Error: 'Verify NetIQmc and NetIQccm services on the management machine are running as an NT account with permission to access machine.
Cannot remotely install an AppManager agent using the AMAdmin_AgentInstall Knowledge Script.'

Ensure the agent service has appropriate access to complete jobs on the Managed Client:

• The agent must run as a service account for the NetIQ AppManager Client Resource Monitor (NetIQmc) and NetIQ AppManager Client Communication Manager (NetIQccm) services or the AppManager UNIX agent (nqmagt). For Windows, the account can be either the LocalSystem account or a valid Windows login account. For UNIX, the account can be a valid UNIX login account.
• In some cases, the agent must use a valid login account. For example, if you enable reporting capability for the agent, you must provide a valid Windows login account. 
• If you are installing remotely, the NetIQ AppManager Client Resource Monitor (NetIQmc) and NetIQ AppManager Client Communication Manager (NetIQccm) services running the remote installation must run under a Windows login account with Domain Administrator privileges. The account must have permission to map drives on the target computer. You also need a Windows login account to run as on the target computer.
• The agent account specified on the Management Server must have remote registry access to the machine you are trying to install the agent on. Access is typically limited because the machineName\LOCALSERVICE account does not have at least Read permissions to the HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg registry key on the remote computer.

The account specified for the Managed Client or Client Communication Manager on the Management Server does not have security permissions to execute jobs on the remote machine.
