Symptom:

Error: "An operations error has occurred. (Error code=8224, domain=SourceDomain)"

Error when running a test migration of a user account.

Error: "The RPC Server is too busy to complete this operation."

Fact:

Domain Migration Administrator 7.x

Cause:

Times are not synchronized between the source and target domain controllers within the migration scenario.

Fix:

Try either of the following to help resolve this issue:

• Synchronize the times between all domain controllers in the migration scenario. 
• Delete and recreate the trusts between the source and target domains
