I cannot complete the upgrade from Vulnerability Manager 5.0 to Vulnerability Manager 5.5.

Error when upgrading: 'Core Services and Vulnerability Manager Database must be upgraded at the same time.  Make sure the Vulnerability Manager database is active and rerun the installation.'

When running the setup for upgrade, the database is not found as a component to be upgraded.

The installation program does not show the database as a component to be upgraded.

cause
The java.exe file was renamed on this computer.

fix
Change the renamed file back to java.exe and run the upgrade again.

note
All the components to be upgraded were on the same computer and the upgrade was being run locally.  The user running the upgrade was a local Administrator.
