Situation

Can users specify their own questions?

Who can configure identity verification questions?

How do I allow SPA users to specify their own questions and answers to challenge questions?

Resolution

Secure Password Administrator (SPA) does not currently allow users to specify their own identity verification questions. The SPA Admin must preconfigure the questions, and then users can select questions from the preconfigured list.

An enhancement request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Secure Password Administrator.
