Group Policy Administrator (GPA) does not currently have a scripting interface to specify importing a specific OU and any GPOs and child OUs in the specified OU. The RunOffllineMirror.bat batch file imports all OUs in a specified domain.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include the ability to import only a specified OU in a future version of Group Policy Administrator.
