Error: '[can't read "errorMsg": no such variable: line 222]' returned when in the data view of the Powerful Users report.
I receive an error when using the data view for the Powerful Users report.
The account starting the NetIQ VigilEnt Agent service does not have the necessary permissions.
To resolve this issue, follow the instructions below to start the agent with a different account:
- On the agent computer, open the Services window.
- In the Services window, right-click the NetIQ VigilEnt Agent service and select Properties.
- Click the Log On tab.
- Click This Account.
- Specify the account and password that has Domain Administrator authority in the agent domain.
- Click OK.
- Right-click the service again and select Restart.
If the service does not start after specifying the account credentials, ensure the password was typed correctly and try again.
