fix
To exclude the Notes field (on the Comments tab) from being cloned when you clone a user account, add both of the following string values to CloneExceptions in the Registry Editor:
info
$McsUserComment
Unlike most Clone Exception properties, there are two properties that map to the Notes field. During the cloning process, when the UserCopy operation fetches the properties from the source user account, it fetches both of these properties. You must add both string values, otherwise DRA will still clone the Notes field.
Warning: Using the Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. NetIQ cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of the Registry Editor can be resolved. Ensure that you backup your Registry prior to making any changes.
