DRA returns the following error message when you run a command from the DRA Command Line Interface (CLI):  Error retrieving the domain information. System error 0x80004005 occurred.

symptom
The EA USER DISPLAY ALL command from the DRA CLI returns the following error:  Error retrieving the domain information. System error 0x80004005 occurred.

cause

When you used the DRA CLI to specify the command, you specified a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) in the /DOMAIN command line option.

fix
When you use the DRA CLI to specify a command, you must specify the NetBIOS name of the domain in the /DOMAIN command line option.
