Exchange support is no longer enabled.

symptom
After applying Microsoft KB894549 to my DRA servers, Exchange support is disabled.

cause
One customer reported this after applying Microsoft KB894549 to all Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) servers.

fix
To resolve this issue, disable and then enable Exchange Management again on all DRA servers.
