The Web Console link is installed in the program menu when you install the Web Console. The console link is installed only on the Web Console computer. DRA implements the link as an executable called WebConsole.exe. By default, WebConsole.exe is located in the c:\Program Files\Netiq\DRA folder. The reason it is not installed during the Account and Resource Management console installation is because there is no means to discover the name of the IIS computer. You can create the URL string for the clients and distribute this link.
