I see copies of the reports I ran with Vigilent Security Manager or Vulnerability Manager in a queue on my iSeries machine.

fix
When you run a report with Vigilent Security Manager or Vulnerability Manager, a copy of the report runs on the iSeries machine as well.  The iSeries report outputs to whatever outqueue is designated on the System Auditing and Reporting, Job Submittal Defaults.
