The Directory and Resource Administrator Web Console hangs during initialization.

cause
The most common cause for the Web Console to hang is the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) server is not in the proxy exceptions list.

fix

To configure the proxy exception list:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools and Internet Options.
3. Select the Connections tab.
4. Click on the LAN settings button.
5. Check Bypass proxy server for local addresses and click the Advanced button.
6. Under Exceptions, enter the computer name or IP address of the DRA server.
