When creating a new user, clicking Finish does not close the window or have any effect.

symptom
The Create User wizard appears to hang when I click Finish.

cause
This issue is caused by a problem with coding. The account is actually created, but the window does not close in a timely manner.

fix

This issue is resolved in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.0 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
