If the system name is not present in the operating system TCP host table, command RRMSNDCFG fails.

fix

The RRM Configuration Transfer Utility RRMSNDCFG uses the operating system TCP host table to find the IP address of the system you specified on the RRMSNDCFG command.

To add the system name to the TCP host table:

  1. From a command line, type CFGTCP and press Enter.
  2. Type 10 and press Enter.
  3. Type 1 in the Opt field and press Enter.
  4. Type the TCP/IP address and press Tab.
  5. Specify the host name and press Tab.
  6. Specify the text description.
  7. Ensure the values for the remaining parameters are correct.
  8. Press Enter.
