symptom
When launching the Account and Resource console using a saved ARM file, the DRA title bar displays the message: "[not connected]" .

cause
This is a bug in the code. 

fix
This will be addressed in the next release of Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA).

note

To reproduce:

1. Open the 7.5 ARM console
2. Click File > Connect to DRA server.
3. Click  Connect to this DRA server and enterthe DRA server in the Draservername form.
4. To save the Arm console, click File > Save As.
5. Close the ARM.
6. Double-click on the ARM you saved in step 4.
