symptom
Error: 'The database version xxxx.x.x.x is old.' is returned when running the 'Update Agent Content' report.

cause
This error is caused when the Agent Content Database on the agent is newer than the one that is being pushed down. 

fix

To resolve this issue:

  1. Run the Autosync update.
  2. Download a newer version of the Agent Content Database for the Patch Level Query report.
