How do I groom data in Analysis Center 2.x?

Analysis Center 2.x does not currently allow you to manually groom data from your Data Mart or Data Warehouse.  However, you can control the aggregation of data by specifying the number of months of data to be stored in the Data Mart and in the Data Warehouse.

To configure data retention settings:

1. Start the Analysis Center Console in the Analysis Center program folder.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. In the left pane, expand Options.
4. Select Data Warehouse.
5. Configure the appropriate Data Mart data retention and Data Warehouse data retention settings. To preserve necessary fact data, ensure the number of months you specify for Data Mart data retention is at least equal to the value you set for Data Warehouse data retention.
6. Click OK.
