Resolution

The 'normal' amount for session events for the NT_ServerError counter is no more than 5 within a reasonable amount of time.

The generally accepted definition of Server: Sessions Errored Out:

Shows the number of sessions that have been closed due to unexpected error conditions. This counter indicates how frequently network problems are causing dropped sessions on the server. The Sessions Errored Out counter reports auto-disconnects along with errored-out sessions. For a more accurate value for errored-out sessions, obtain the value for Sessions Timed Out and reduce the Sessions Errored Out value by that amount.

Server: Sessions Errored Out ? This counter indicates the number of sessions terminated due to unexpected error conditions. This value lends insight to network problems that may cause dropped sessions on a server. If this cumulative counter exceeds 5 within a reasonable length of time or displays a significant increase over time, you may have a network performance problem. The server must be rebooted to reset its value to zero (0).
