To address this issue, check the RRM Option 2 Work With Collected Entries option for entries related to your attempt to use the Plug-in. There may be an RMTCMD PROGRAM entry that needs to be converted to a Secured Entry. 

When converting the RMTCMD PROGRAM entry to a Secured entry, you need to take the following associated objects with the entry:

/QSYS.LIB/PSCOMMON.LIB/PSCHKUSRAC.PGM

/QSYS.LIB/QWCRTVCA.PGM

/QSYS.LIB/PSCOMMON.LIB/PSCL01W.PGM 

/QSYS.LIB/QUSRJOBI.PGM
