PSSecure Remote Request Management (RRM) is not collecting LISTATT or ALLOCON function transactions.

Issue occurs when mapping a network drive to the iSeries machine.

QZLSFILE job for the User Profile being serviced under subsystem QSERVER has the following error: CPFA09C F/ QP0LGSSE 'Not authorized to object. Object is /QSYS.LIB/QLGPGCMA.LOCALE'

cause

This can occur if the user exit program code attempts to access /QSYS.LIB/QLGPGCMA.LOCALE and the QPWFSERVER authorization list has PUBLIC *EXCLUDE set to restrict access to QSYS.LIB.  Consequently, the exit program cannot function properly. 

fix
To resolve this problem, change the public authority on the QPWFSERVER authorization list to *USE.  If there is no authorization list securing object QSYS/GLGPGCMA.LOCALE, change the *PUBLIC authority on the object to *USE. 

note
In one instance, the *EXCLUDE setting for *PUBLIC had been set to restrict access to QSYS prior to the use of exit programs that can be used for that purpose, among others.
